We are a small business and we will do our best to get your order out within three business days. Please add two business days for custom monogramming and personalized orders. Life on the farm is a bit unpredictable, so there may be a time when it might take us a little bit longer. If that happens, we will make sure to let you know. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
All orders will ship via USPS and will typically arrive within 5 days after shipment. Your order will be carefully packaged and inspected before it gets shipped off to you, but we realize damages may occur during shipping. Please notify us as soon as possible of any damages so that we can replace or refund your order (depending on availability).
We will gladly accept returns on non-custom orders. Please make sure to return the item unused and in its original condition. We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently we require the customer to cover the cost of return shipping unless there is a problem with the order (such as damages).
